Liat
I wrote back in September after receiving my catbib (I ordered one for me and one for my mum). It was a little shaky for Liat in the beginning, as she quickly managed to work out how she could continue catching the odd bird (normally a finch). We have another cat who has rarely ever caught a bird, and when we got Liat we forgot what little killing machines some cats can be. At the time we ordered our CatBib we had huge numbers (100s) of finches coming in for the grass seed and lots of honey-eaters for the large amounts of blossom. As well we have blue and red-backed wrens and the large birds, parrots, fig birds, magpies etc. Liat is a smart little cookie and worked out within a couple of weeks that she only had to throw herself quickly at the flock and 'land' on one of them every so often, we were very upset. My mother hadn't started using her CatBib on her cat so I borrowed it and put them both on Liat, this solved the problem... not one bird has been caught after the two CatBibs went on! Now that the enormous flocks if finches have moved on and most birds are high up in the trees or large ones she only needs to wear one CatBib. As we're out on a farm and in a sub-tropical location on the mountain range we have a huge variety of birds coming in to feed in our fig trees and assorted grevillias/bottle brush etc... now that the catbib has stopped the carnage we can feel happy about Liat being in the garden a win for her and us. The photo shows Liat in a very well worn catbib, which at the time needed a good wash. We call her 'cat girl' in her cape and she thinks it's pretty special to wear.Thank you so much for a great product and I will most definately be recommending CatBibs to every I know with cats.
Kind regards,

Ping
When we moved to our new house a couple of years ago, we were overjoyed to learn that our neighbors were among the only nature-loving, environmentally friendly people in an area known for logging and poaching. It turned out that they love to feed birds and squirrels, and we love to own horses and other animals. To keep our mouse population under control, we kept a few barn cats, which we also fed free choice cat food. We figured they would do their job out of instinct instead of hunger. A few weeks ago, however, our neighbors presented us with an ultimatum completely out of the blue. Our cats had been killing "their" songbirds. We could either keep them away, or they would start using their .22 on them. Apparently they had already been shooting their slingshot at them. In desperation, we gave away 2 cats and tried to find a solution for the remaining 2. Our fifth one went missing, and is still gone to this day. We did a web search and ordered a CatBib. So far, the neighbors seem happier, and even tried to make peace again. Our cat "Ping," who wears his CatBib proudly and without complaint, is just as agile as before. We had our doubts, since our land is covered with rose bushes and dense brush. So far the bib is holding up very nicely, and has not fallen off or hung askew. Thanks for making an excellent product, and for saving my cats' lives!! I will recommend the CatBib to anyone in a similar situation! The CatBib doesn't only save birds' lives, but our cats' lives as well!

Caz Walker
Dear CatBib Folks,
Here is my saintly kitty Caz Walker -- saintly because we haven't seen him catch a bird since we put the CatBib on him. Before he started wearing it, he caught birds as well as other critters all the time. I spent too much of my day keeping track of where he was, trying to foil his attempts to catch birds or small mammals. All too often, I could not save the birds he caught. CatBib has provided a solution to my problem. Thanks for a great product.

Missin
We just wanted to write to you to say how much we love the catbib. We purchased one for our kitten Missin. At first, she had some trouble walking with it, but now she has gotten used to it and runs around everywhere. The best part is we don't have to clean up feathers from dead birds anymore! As she grows we can adjust the bib so that it will continue to fit her. Thanks for making such a wonderful product.

Blanca
Dear Cat Goods, Here is Blanca on her observation post where she daily plans her day of hunting. Thanks to her CatBib bib attached in April of this year, she has only gotten one bird (probably a fluke!) in six months! This is a great relief to us, for her wanton killing really bothered us. And the bib is no bother to her at all - she seems to think it is just a part of her! If your offer is still available, she would like a new bib - a red one this time. Thanks very much!

Dexter
Imagine my shock to find a dead bird in my front yard one day. Imagine my shock when I realized that my cat, Dexter, was the culprit. Dexter is unfortunately a great hunter, killing an average of two birds a week. I frantically searched for some way to make him stop, and I stumbled upon your website. I have to say that the CatBib is amazing. The killings stopped immediately. I thought he would hate the CatBib and try to take it off, but he actually does not mind. When I go to put it on, I expect him to run away and refuse to wear it, but he very calmly lets me place it on his collar without a care in the world.

Zucchi
Our cat, Zucchi, was a very skilled bird hunter, often killing a bird a day. It was very upsetting to us, as we love birds, and also love Zucchi. We tried various methods to prevent him from catching birds, but none were successful. We are so grateful we found out about the CatBib. Since he started wearing it, Zucchi hasn't caught a bird in over a year. And, he is able to jump, play, and do all the things he did before. It really does work....it's a miracle product!"

Nellie
Here's our Nellie wearing the cat bib. She had been bringing in about a bird a day before we bought it (I feed the birds A LOT). By the way, she is not falling in the picture, but is playing one of her favorite games: chase the willow branch on the hammock. We thought it really shows that a cat can do anything they want, except catch birds. Thanks for the great product!
